An Exciting Staff Announcement

Your pastoral team and SPRC are excited to announce that we have hired Savannah Hemmings as Facilities and Program Support Coordinator. Savannah will be managing the church use calendar, scheduling room use, coordinating program needs for various church programs, programming our door system, and more! Savannah will also be present in the office on Sunday mornings to help out with questions, support the hospitality team, and chat with people worshiping on-line.  

Patty Upton previously held this position as an interim. She was ready to relinquish her duties to Savannah and be able to spend more time with her grandkids although you will still see Patty in her many volunteer jobs around the church. 

Savannah grew up in this church and was an active part of FUMCO’s youth group and young adult group. She has been on mission trips with the youth group and served as a young adult intern in 2023. She knows this church well and loves all the people here. She brings her knowledge of the church, her educational background, and her intern experience to this new position! Please give Savannah a big welcome when you see her!
