Our support group ministries meet most weeks, but sometimes have flexible schedules around holidays.

Depression Support Group
Led by our Faith Community Nurse, Jeanne, this group meets on Thursdays at 1pm at the church building. This group is for anyone who is experiencing depression and would like a safe, supportive space for conversation and fellowship.
Caregivers Support Group
Are you caring for an ailing friend or family member? This group meets at the church building on the third Tuesday of every month at 5:30pm. This group offers support for those who are caring for a loved one who is experiencing mental or physical illness. Led by our Faith Community Nurse, Jeanne.
AA
An AA group meets here in Room 222 on Saturdays from 5:45-7:30pm.
And Tumwater United Methodist Church (1401 Lake Park Dr SW, Tumwater, WA 98512) has an AA group that meets at their church on Wednesdays @7pm. They also host an NA group on both Tuesdays and Thursdays @7pm.
