Exciting News From InterFaith Works
Interfaith Works is pleased to announce the conversion of the old Olympia Inn on Capital Way into 26 units of permanent supportive housing for our homeless neighbors.
Opening in late July 2024, the new apartment complex will be known as Sandy’s Flats. Amenities include a community room with laundry and kitchen facilities and wrap around case management services on site. Interfaith Works is looking to create move-in packages for new the residents and needs your help!
Donations of twin sheets, pillows, towels, wash cloths, bathmats, table lamps, small dish sets, and welcome mats can be dropped off at the IFW Admin Offices located in the basement of the United Churches at 110 11th Ave SE, Olympia Monday through Thursday between 10am to 4pm. Please label donations "Sandy's Flats."
