UWIF Sock Drive Update
With deep gratitude to the Fuchs' extended family, United Women in Faith is pleased to share that our updated Sock Drive total for Union Gospel Mission has now hopped up to more than 1000 pair! Some of these are kid-sized socks—and the timing was excellent. This summer OUGM—whose site does not see many kids under usual conditions—is delivering lunch to school age children living in low-income apartment complexes.
Socks for dessert? Maybe not that, but an appreciated side dish! Again, many thanks to all who supported our toe-tally sock-cessfull sock drive!!!
