Meet Our New Young Adult Intern

Hi! My name is Savannah. Many of you will recognize me as the newest face behind the desk on Sunday mornings, some of you know me as the YouTube Live moderator, and others of you have known me for most of my life, watching me grow up in the church. I will continue to be behind the desk (and the YouTube Livestream) for the foreseeable future, but this fall comes with a new role.


I am a soon-to-be graduate of Washington State University and, as a Human Development major, I am required to complete an internship with a non-profit. I have the joy of being a Young Adult Intern with FUMCO this fall and will be serving in this role until October 20th. My time as an intern will include planning and facilitating young adult programming in the church, as well as building my knowledge of non-profit work and growing into professional skills. When I’m not at the church, you can find me dragging myself through my last semester of college, crocheting, doing yoga, or playing with my dog.

I look forward to my time as an intern, and can’t wait to grow into further connection with the ministry of this congregation.
