How to Schedule Building Use at First Olympia

To schedule a room for a meeting that is a ministry of FUMCO:

• Complete the Building Use Request Form in the church office workroom (on a clipboard on the bulletin board) and then submit it on the clipboard next to the blank forms.

To schedule a room for an outside group meeting or event:

• Send your request to facilities@fumcoly.org or call 360-943-2661, ext. 103 to find out the guidelines and procedures that are outlined in the document.
• These have been established in accordance with the Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church, applicable federal, state and local rules and laws, and by the determination of the FIRST OLYMPIA Board of Trustees.
