Kitchen Reorganization

Thanks to a generous grant from the Endowment Committee, the Great Hall kitchen is set for a thorough cleaning and re-set on Friday, September 5th. A professional cleaning crew will minister to cabinets , counters, floors and appliances while the kitchen contents enjoy an inventory and reorganizational time in another part of the church's lower level.

If you have been among those who use the kitchen—whether on a regular basis or just occasionally, your insight into any possible reorganization of dishes, cooking utensils, or other supplies would be greatly appreciated. What organizational changes might make the kitchen a more convenient and pleasant place to work?
