Halloween is almost upon us... so it's time to watch a scary movie with the Anti-Racist Film Club! Last year, we screened Jordan Peele's breakout psychological thriller Get Out (2017) so this year, we're watching his follow up film Us (2019).

*Quick warning: Us (2019) is a horror film and not necessarily a good choice for children or the faint of heart. We recommend watching the trailer and judging for yourself whether or not you want to attend our screening*

Us (2019) is the harrowing story of the Wilson family who, while on a family holiday to Santa Cruz, become the victims of a terrifying home invasion. What makes it so terrifying?   • Sunday, 10/1 @12:30pm - In-person film screening at First UMC Olympia
  • Thursday, 10/5 @7pm - Film discussion over Zoom
