Beauty And The Beast (1992)

Matthew 21: 1-11

Holy Week Activities:

- Palm Sunday - Watch Beauty and the Beast (1992)

- Holy Monday - As you brush your teeth today, pray. On your top teeth, pray for people you know specifically and on your bottom teeth, pray for strangers you know of (eg. those experiencing homelessness this winter, refugees, those who’ve lost family members recently, etc).

- Holy Tuesday - Take 30 minutes to read today. This doesn’t have to be The Bible—it can be your favorite book or even the newspaper!

- Holy Wednesday - Donate to your favorite charity. Give reasonably what you can and know that your generosity will be received in thanks.

- Maundy Thursday - If you can’t make it to a Maundy Thursday service at your local church, eat a meal in the company of loved ones (friends, family, neighbors, etc).

- Good Friday - Dress in black today. For each article of clothing you put on, say a short prayer.

- Holy Saturday - Practice a breathing exercise. For some ideas: box-breathing, belly breathing, or 4-7-8 breathing.

- Easter Sunday - Come to church and praise God!
