Souper-Bowl Sunday Results
On Super Bowl Sunday The Pacific Northwest Conference of the United Methodist Church competed with the New England Conference in a Souper Bowl Food Challenge. The Northwest won the food collection with 19,751 items over New England's 7,804 items. New England led in financial generosity with $16,380 compared to the Northwest's $10,411.
Our Church collected 271pounds of food/nonfood items for the Thurston County Foodbank plus $225. Our donations were added to the Thurston County Food Project's (Green Bags) collection of 9916 pounds and $3715. Thank you FUMCO!
